Principles

«Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn!» (Benjamin Franklin)

The student will not merely be a participant but also a co-creator and finally designing the individual education on his or her own authority.

Focal points, length of education and the specific profession profile are geared towards the student´s individual targets and capabilities. During that time the student will obtain personal counselling from a mentor.

“Everyone is responsible for pursuing his or her own learning”. We are much more interested in the student to independently find the right path, than to show the right path (self-learning competence). Modern methods of learning and reflection, e.g. portfolio (learning diary), colloquia and exchange of views with the mentor) serve a means to this end.

Yardstick of the learning biography are targets defined by the student and the requirements of a future professional praxis.
